Even if you are new to yoga, no worries! For those enrolled in the SUP Yoga course, the Okinawa Yoga Association-certified OYT100 Video Course & Question Support is available at a discounted price of 92,100 yen a savings of 85,000 yen from the regular price! Upon completion, you will be certified as an RYT200.

Internship program and follow-up after graduation

We will assist you with water safety, setup, equipment, lifeguards, and SUP instructors.
The participation fee for customers will be paid to the store according to the Narooma SUP menu prices.
For graduates who will be teaching interns, we will provide the following fees as assistance fees.

Course Steps & Vision
Pre-course online lectures
Learn about weather and ocean conditions, as well as basic knowledge about the ocean and crisis management. With a 100-page textbook, you will acquire the judgment, knowledge, and skills necessary to enjoy the ocean safely and securely.
marine training
We focus on practical training that can only be done on water, such as SUP paddling training, SUP yoga practice, SUP rescue, and risk management.
Post-graduation support
Make your debut as an Okinawa instructor through our internship program! You can build up your experience with no initial investment. You can also interact and exchange information with your peers in a community exclusively for graduates.

Time: March 3: Meet at 1:00 PM / March 5: Disband at 3:30 PM
Location: Central Okinawa Main Island Area (Yomitan Village/Onna Village, etc., to be determined based on weather conditions)

Course Content: 3-day marine practical training + video lectures. Topics include SUP yoga, risk management, SUP training, rescue techniques, rope work, marine knowledge, basics of traditional Chinese medicine, and mindset development.
