I have no experience with SUP or yoga. Can I still participate?
Yes, of course! Most of our customers start with no experience. The tour is completely private, with only one group per day, so you can relax and enjoy the tour at your own pace without worrying about others. Please feel free to join us.
I have small children. Can they participate too? How old do they have to be?
Yes, families are welcome to participate! Children aged 3 and above can enjoy the program, but we will flexibly adjust the program according to the sea conditions on the day and the children’s behavior. We have instructors with childcare worker and kindergarten teacher qualifications, so we will do our best to support your child’s first experience in the sea while paying close attention to safety.
What items do I need to bring?
Basically, you just need to bring the items you would normally take with you when going to the beach.
- Swimsuit (it is easier if you wear it under your clothes beforehand)
- Towel
- Change of clothes
- Beach sandals
- Drinks (For sun protection, it is more comfortable to have a rash guard, hat, sunscreen, etc.)
What happens if rain is forecast or the weather is bad?
Safety is our top priority, so we will assess the weather conditions, including rain, wind, and waves, before deciding whether to hold the tour. If there is a possibility of cancellation, we will contact you the day before or early in the morning on the day of the tour to discuss changes to the schedule or cancellation (no cancellation fee). If there is only light rain and the wind and waves are calm, the tour may still go ahead.
How do I make a reservation?
Please make a reservation from the “Reservations (in preparation)” page or the “Contact Us” page on this website. We will ask you for your desired schedule and number of participants, and then adjust the details accordingly.
Are the photos taken during the tour really free?
Yes, all photos and videos taken during the tour are provided free of charge. There is no limit to the number of photos or videos. The data will be delivered on the same day via AirDrop, LINE, Google Photos, or any other method you prefer, so you can immediately revisit your travel memories.
